Tool Stores Coordinator

Saudi Arabia’s new national airline, Riyadh Air, needs a Tool Stores Coordinator to support its line maintenance operation in Riyadh. You will be in charge of the tool stores that keep aircraft maintenance moving — making sure every tool is serviceable, correctly stored, documented and ready for the engineers who need it, in line with GACA (Saudi aviation authority) regulations.

Job Type: Full Time

Main duties:
– Keep all tools held in stores in serviceable condition in line with GACA regulations
– Run day-to-day storekeeping: tool handling and handling techniques, segregation, storage conditions and packaging
– Manage shelf-life control and the calibration programme for tools and equipment
– Maintain data integrity across tool records and documentation
– Build strong working relationships with Maintenance Duty Managers so line maintenance gets seamless stores support
– Uphold health and safety standards while keeping tools controlled, documented and available without delay

Requirements:
– Diploma qualification or equivalent
– 2 to 5 years of work experience in the airline, MRO or aerospace industry
– Strong understanding of tool management and storekeeping practices
– A technical background, close attention to detail, and commitment to safety and compliance with GACA regulations and company policies
– Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and work ethic
– Advantageous but not essential: Logistics Management Skill Course training, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations certification, general familiarisation with airframe and engine manufacturers, and eligibility to hold the police security clearance the role requires
