Cabin Crew

flydubai is recruiting Cabin Crew to be brand ambassadors for the airline and the city of Dubai — keeping passengers safe while delivering exceptional customer service on every flight, as part of a multicultural team serving a diverse customer base across 100+ destinations. Crew are based in Dubai, so you must be willing to relocate.

What you will do:
– Ensure passenger safety and a safe, consistent, reliable inflight experience
– Deliver exceptional customer service on every flight
– Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
– Work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays and overnight shifts

Requirements:
– At least 21 years old
– Minimum height 158 cm
– High school diploma (essential)
– Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
– 1 year of experience in a customer-service role, ideally in aviation, hospitality or retail
– Valid passport
– Good health, able to pass an aero-medical examination
– Confident in water while wearing a flotation aid / life jacket
– No visible tattoos while in uniform
– Well-groomed, professional appearance; safety-conscious, enthusiastic and adaptable
– International aviation experience is an advantage, not a requirement

Pay and benefits (as published by flydubai):
– Basic salary + housing allowance + transport allowance: AED 8,275 per month
– Plus variable flying pay averaging AED 4,500 per month (based on around 90 flying hours — it varies with the hours you fly, so treat it as an average, not a fixed amount)
– Medical insurance
– End-of-service benefit
– 30 days paid leave per year
– Annual leave ticket

Please note: a training bond of USD 2,650 (approx. AED 9,700) applies during the first year.
