The Emirates Group is recruiting customer service staff in Dubai across three areas: airport customer service agents for Emirates and dnata at Dubai International Airport, Marhaba service agents who give passengers a personal meet-and-assist style service, and contact centre customer sales and service consultants. Successful applicants complete a training programme covering systems and customer service skills before being placed in one of these teams. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What you will do:
– Airport / Customer Service Agents: welcome and assist travellers through check-in, boarding, arrivals and baggage services, including families, unaccompanied minors, connecting passengers and passengers needing extra help
– Marhaba Service Agents: support guests at key touchpoints including check-in, immigration, boarding and baggage, with dedicated help for VIP customers and families
– Contact Centre Consultants: handle customer queries across communication channels, help customers plan travel, and resolve issues in real time
Requirements:
– Fluency in spoken and written English; another language is a plus
– A-levels / high school certificate
– Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
– Willing to work shifts and to wear a uniform in front-line roles
– PC skills (Microsoft Word / Excel / email)
– For the Contact Centre role: English plus at least one of Arabic, French, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Polish or Portuguese, and fast, accurate typing
